I got these boots to wear while walking the dog in the snow. Did not want something that looked like smaller "man" boots. These are so cute and functional. The color and plaid pattern made me smile while getting ready to trudge in the bad weather. I wear an 81/2 and ordered a 9. They fit well and there is enough room for heavy socks. They are really comfortable and look good too. My feet were warm and dry while walking the dog in a nasty ice storm. They worked great for walking on snowy sidewalks.

I bought these boots just to go snow tubing for my friends birthday, and it was just in time to, because the same week about a ton of snow dumped all over the city. I have to say, these boots with a good pair socks, kept my feet warm and absolutley dry. I have warn them just about everyday since they came, because of all this snow, and they keep my feet warm and dry whether I am walking my dog, waiting for the bus or whatever, and we currently have alot of deep snow where I live.
These boots are also very adorable and unique. They aren't overly clunky, which was my concern. I was also worried, after reading other reviews, that the boots might run too small. But I wear a size 9, and I ordered a size 9 and they fit perfectly. They weren't too narrow or short or anything. I can wear them for hours and be warm and comfortable.

These were the best boots my daughter has ever had. She loves them plus the shipping was quick, just in time for the 1st of 2 blizzards. Feet stayed warm and dry.
